We are proud to announce that Southampton based melodic hardcore/metalcore band Placeholder have joined the Death Wish Crew!
Having formed in late 2017, Placeholder emerged from the ashes of a previous project. Despite only being together for a short period, Placeholder have quickly, but surely worked to create a powerful section of songs. The band consists of Calum Stone (vocals), Stuart Devlin (guitar), Jason Langdon (guitar), Ben Lemoual (bass) and Corey Dixon (drums). You may recognise lead vocalist Calum modelling the new Death Wish range!
The bands debut EP ‘Grey’ was released on the 1st January 2018. As well as ticking all the boxes for an excellent debut release and showcasing their outstanding talent; Placeholder introduced a guest vocalist, established YouTuber: Christina Rotondo for the track ‘Relief’ which you can listen to here. For a debut release the band are at a professional standard and have already set the bar very high!
