Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below. All orders will have a unique order number and it can be found on your order confirmation which would have been emailed to you from Death Wish Co.
Please note we do not offer a free returns policy.
We only accept returns if the item is faulty. The item must not have been worn, washed or ironed and must be returned in its original packaging. All returns must be received by us within 14 days. Any returns which fail to meet the criteria above will not qualify for a refund. You will need to include a copy of your order confirmation and a note with your item detailing the reasoning for the return (for example, item is damaged).
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please return your item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation and a note requesting the size you’d like (for example, please exchange for a large).
Please note if you leave no instruction your return/exchange cannot be dealt with unless you contact us.
Once we have received your return, we will process this within 2 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for your exchange to be despatched. You will receive an email confirming your new order has been despatched.
Please note only faulty items can be refunded instead of exchanged.
Once we have received your return, a refund will be processed within 2 working days. We will send you an email confirmation to let you know that we have received your item and that we are processing the refund. Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days to show in your account, this depends on your bank and unfortunately we cannot speed this up as it is out of our control.
